Melissa joins clo-sette as Assistant to Melanie Charlton Fascitelli. A native of Carthage, a small town in Southwest Missouri, Melissa has always had a love for architecture and design. Growing up, she was even known to re-decorate and re-organize the house on a whim, paying attention to every little detail. Melissa moved to New York City in 2011 after graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in Textile and Apparel Management, and a minor in Architecture and Business. Her first position was as an editorial intern for Lonny Magazine, the online design publication. Soon after, she joined the clos-ette team, where she now assists Melanie in every aspet of the design and product line business. In her free time, Melissa enjoys discovering new areas of the city and trying out the best restaurants that NYC has to offer.
